Fulfillment Information

Once your payment has been confirmed the fulfillment process begins.

CDROMs/CDs are generally shipped out in two (2) or three (3) business days. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped along with any tracking numbers. Please note this message could be lost in SPAM/Junk filters.

Downloads are available instantly via a link in your confirmation email. They are also displayed on screen with the order confirmation.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-product basis and provided on screen before a client must commit to a checkout. Please note we will be unable to change the delivery option once selected.

Return Policy

CDROM/CDs carry a thirty (30) day return policy for new and unopened products. (See our Exchange Policy for damaged products). Please note we do not offer refunds on shipping charges. To return a product mail it to the address at the bottom of this page. Please allow us three (3) business days for processing from the time we receive the product which could be several weeks if coming from outside the United States.

Downloads carry a ten (10) day return policy for eBooks and other downloads. Please contact us and allow us three (3) business days to respond.

Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to be credited to your account once issued.

Exchange Policy

Although we use only the highest quality materials we understand a small percentage of our products will be defective or may become damage during shipping. If this is the case simply return the damage item(s) to us, using the address at the bottom of the page, and once received we will issue a replacement of the exact title. If an item is no longer in production we will issue a refund. We do apologize ahead of time for any inconveniences.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order with prices being correct at time of publication.
