Foods with DHA can reduce blood pressure and inflammation, which can treat some vision issues. Antioxidants have been shown to help prevent macular degeneration, and foods rich in things like sulfur and lecithin have been shown to prevent cataract formation.
6. Surgery
Not all conditions can be cured sufficiently to improve your vision with the above methods. Things like cataracts, some forms of nearsightedness and farsightedness, and astigmatism must be treated with surgery. 7. Corrective Lenses
