If you’ve ever been afraid (ha, ha) you already know how hard it is to let go of your fear. But what if it’s actually very simple?
Of course, we’re not talking about a lion chasing you across the savannah because that’s a short term and totally sane fear. The kind of fear we mean is this repetitive, insidious stuff that destroys our happiness and our lives. If you’re a law of attraction student you already know that frequent or constant anxiety and worry creates a life you don’t want.
But how do we change? The easiest and simplest way is to focus on gratitude.
Because here’s the thing: just seeing those words aren’t going to change A. Darn. Thing. It’s well known that repetition is the key to changing our beliefs and attitudes. We need to see something over and over and over again. So why not be reminded gently, and with beauty? It’s working for me, other family members and friends who are willing to give it a try. And what a relief it is to have our fear and worries subside and drift away. Life is good!
If you repeat “thank you” over and over again, fear and misfortune will be eradicated.
