Today is the first day of spring.
That’s a good thing in many ways. The trees are flowering here and the jonquils/daffodils have already passed their prime. Forsythia is only pretty when it’s blooming, IMO, and that’s about over. The days are getting longer so there’s more sunshine. The only thing I DON’T like about this time of year is that I Know What’s Coming: 90-100 degree temps and 95%-100% humidity! Ugh. Dread that. Still, right now the birds are singing, the air coming through the window is pleasantly cool and all is well. Have a wonderful spring day.
