Other areas of the USA are covered with snow but my Atlanta, GA, yard is filled with azaleas. When you bring flowers indoors, think a bit out of the box. You don't need to cut stems and put them in a vase, although that's certainly the classic way to display flowers. There are other ways to use flowers.
For example, azaleas … they aren't strong durable flowers and wouldn't last long in a vase so I've floated three different colors in a vintage Chinese bowl.
The bowl has flowers along the edges so it complements the floating flowers within.
Not only are they pretty but the azaleas will last longer floating in water than they will totally surrounded by air. Love these!
