Even on the best days, back pain can get you down. If you want to treat your back pain yourself, there are three back pain exercises that you can try that can alleviate your pain and make your back stronger.
✼ First, try out some knee bends. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and hold on to a chair or table for support. Stand up straight and bend both knees as far as you are comfortable with before standing back up.
✼ Waist twists are another great back exercise. Stand straight up with your legs shoulder width apart. Swing your arms to the left and place both hands on the lower back. Then swing your arms to the right and place both hands on the lower back again. This should be a relaxing and easy exercise.
