Vacations can be fun but they can also be terribly hard on your body. Sleeping on different beds and using different pillows can throw you back out of alignment, not to mention all the fatigue that your body may be experiencing from your trip.
Fortunately, there are a few things you can do to avoid back pain while traveling.
✼ Plan your trip well in advance. This way you are not packing and loading up all the luggage right before you leave. This will cut down on stress on your back.
✼ Take your own pillow with you when you travel so that you can always have a pillow that is good and that supports your neck properly. You’ll sleep better, too!
✼ Stay hydrated while you travel. Dehydration can cause all sorts of havoc with your body, including back pain. Take a bottle of water with you wherever you go.
By doing these few things, you can reduce the stress on your back and avoid back pain while on vacation.
