Tapping into your subconscious mind, and visualizing positivity to reach a successful future are the very first two ways to manifest your dreams. Dreaming is considered something that happens in a state of slumber, or while being withdrawn, and although that is true, it does not make what is happening within the dream unobtainable.
When you learn how to use your subconscious mind as a tool to manifest your dreams, reality becomes an amazing existence. They represent something positive and exciting that the dreamer desires as part of their physical, emotional or psychological make-up.
First, to unlock the door to your inner desires you must first answer the question: exactly what is your subconscious? The subconscious mind is relegated to everything individuals hear and see throughout each day that cannot be processed by the brain at the immediate moment it is happening. This means that although you may be listening to your friend talk during lunch, the subconscious mind is taking in everything else around you. That information is stored until it is recalled at a later date. A great example of the subconscious mind at work is when a person gets an abrupt unsettling feeling, but they do not know why. Once you know how to access your subconscious mind, it can also be used to unveil brilliant and inspiring desires as well as hunches or bad feelings.
The subconscious can be accessed through mindful meditation, positive affirmations and subliminal messages. During meditation, the individual will set aside a predetermined amount of time and will place themselves in a comfortable position in a quiet place where there is no chance of disruption. The mind is cleared of all the daily chaos until the person is literally thinking about nothing, allowing the subconscious to take over and reveal deep emotions and dreams. This period of enlightenment will live on in a calming, positive way, until the next sitting.
During the use of positive affirmations, the person delivers a mantra — a saying that affects their mood and psyche throughout the day — to stay focused on the positivity of manifesting their personal dreams and desires. This positive affirmation can be spoken, written or repeated internally throughout the day as a form of focus. Subliminal messages tap into the subconscious in a different way. Images and sounds remind people of things they had forgotten even happened, triggering an emotional response. For some, music reminds them of happier times, while for others, pictures and images of days gone by can provide inspiration for moving forward in a positive way.
When you are ready to manifest your dreams, your subconscious will help guide you down a safe and uncompromising path of positivity. Keep an open mind and focus on exactly what is it you desire in this world. Once you have identified those desires, anticipate their manifestation and list how grateful and excited you will be about the achievement. Compose storyboards that allow you to watch your dreams come true in a visual way. With each accomplishment along the way, congratulate yourself on moving on to the next step.
Lastly, remain positive at all times — even during setbacks. Dreams and desires cannot be realized during an exact timeline, so there is always going to be something impeding your progress along the way. Approach all obstacles with positivity and bravery, allowing nothing to defeat your overall objective of moving forward. As your dreams and desires progress to the stage of manifestation, show your gratitude for each passing lesson, and for the things you already have. It is easy to forget what makes you happy now, when you are grasping for so much more. Keep an open mind and know that you are a positive person who is grateful for what they have, and are merely searching to manifest destiny.
