Improving Vision With Paul McCartney
Below are the eyesight exercises that Paul demonstrates. The directions are to do each exercise for a count of three (that’s one set) and do three sets. Keep your head straight throughout the entire exercise period.
Look up as far as possible & hold for a count of three
Center & hold for a count of three
Down and hold for a count of three (I am no longer including the ‘hold’ directions)
Left side
Right side
Top right
Bottom left
Top left
Bottom right
Look at your nose
Clockwise
Counterclockwise
Look at an object in the distance
Look at the lines in the center of your palm
