1. Place two fingers along the side of your nose. There are pressure points there and they are, fortunately, easy to find.
2. Close your eyes and relax as much as possible.
3. Hold this pressure point for 10 seconds, then release. You need to experiment to find the correct pressure because if you push inwards too much you won’t be able to breathe through your nose – although possibly you can’t do that anyway!
