During the Christmas season I parked my car under someone’s pine tree and the result was a large wad of very, very, very sticky pinesap on my windshield. (Did I mention that it was sticky? :-) Further, since it’s rained for weeks – literally, weeks – the wipers were working constantly. The result was a half moon of sap that followed the projectory of the wipers. And, naturally, the wipers were sticky as well.
I finally attacked my windshield with a large roll of paper towels and a passel of cleaners. But, in fact, nothing worked! In fact, it was worse because bits of the paper towels got stuck in the sticky stuff.
Finally, though, I remembered my coconut oil course on Udemy. I talked about using coconut oil just like the famous ‘Goo Gone’. I grabbed my glass container of coconut oil and in seconds – literally seconds – the sticky stuff was gone. So remember that if you have a similar problem. I’m sure we haven’t come anywhere near the limits of the uses for this wonderful oil.
