Only 2 Ingredients
There are only two ingredients needed: organic kefir and flax seeds.
1. The kefir: organic is highly recommended. I found a brand called B’More Organic and he is using the vanilla flavor. Any organic kefir ought to work fine.
2. Flaxseeds: if you eat whole seeds, they aren’t digestible and will mostly just pass right on through your body. If you choose already-ground flaxseed, be aware that the oil will quickly go rancid. The only way to get all the benefits of this incredible seed is to grind it yourself and eat it promptly. I use a $10 coffee grinder that I bought at Walmart and it works just fine. It’s been plugging along for years.
Week 1: 100 ml kefir (approximately 3.5 ounces) + 1 tbsp of flaxseed
Week 2: 100 ml of kefir + 2 tbsp of flaxseed
Week 3: 150 ml of kefir (approximately 3.5 ounces) + 3 tbsp of flaxseed meal
