Many overweight folks have heard of the benefits of using a green tea fat burner and green tea has become a really, REALLY hot weight loss substance. And, we're happy to report that the benefits of drinking green tea are many, unlike much of the phony junk we hear about other so-called 'weight loss miracles'. Bah, humbug!
Green tea is inexpensive and the flavor is subtle, so there isn't much to dislike. Green tea aids in weight loss by stimulating the body's "thermogenesis"which "is the process of heat production in organisms". In other words, one of the benefits of drinking green tea is that it stimulates your body to burn more fat. What's spectacular about a green tea fat burner, though, is that it doesn't raise your heart rate! This is huge, because many thermogenesis products do just that, which can NOT be good for the human heart and just might cause hypertension as well.
Biologically speaking, we drop fat by one of two core processes: we eat fewer calories or we increase energy expenditure – meaning we burn more calories. Ideally, of course, we do both. Green tea increases our caloric expenditure and scientists claim that it is the "catechin" in green tea that does just that.
Catechin is an antioxidant that is present in green tea and also in some cocoa and chocolate. Since it is an antioxidant, it destroys free radicals and helps to strengthen our immune system. The stronger your immune system, the more resistance you have against disease.
Regular green tea contains caffeine but it is possible to buy naturally decaffeinated green tea. I personally choose a brand that is both decaffeinated and organic, which is the best of all possible worlds.
It's obvious that green tea is a fat burner and one of the many benefits of green tea is that it is safe and effective. Considering all the horrifying chemical weight loss aids on the market, this makes green tea a golden weapon in our arsenal against a fat body.

This is amazing article. I have lost more than 50 pounds in 5 months. Now, I am stuck at 149 pounds. My height is 5’7″. There’s actually belly fat covering my abs.. Should I now take any fat burner so that I can get my shredded abs.. I am having 16% bodyfat and I can see my upper 4 abs if I tighten my stomach..
Please tell me would you suggest some fat burner??
